It's autumn and the leaves will soon be falling, the perfect time to enjoy our autumn range of dishes. Try Matt's delicious autumn recipes below which all have a focus on reducing saturated fat and artificial trans fats, while increasing omega 3 fatty acids. You will see that you do not always need to use the full fat option to get really great flavours. Find out more about fats.
Matt's tips for reducing fat:
Try switching butter for lower fat spread (30% less fat)
Steaming and poaching are cooking methods that do not need oil
Try wrapping fish in foil or parchment with lemon juice and herbs and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
Limit your saturated fat intake by eating less cakes, biscuits and processed meats
